There is never a point in time in your life that you are only doing one thing : following, leading or collaborating. These are functions that we perform in all the roles we play day to day.  
I have lead Sunday School, my family, my colleagues and now even my parent.  
Collaboration is, in my opinion, the most important.  Collaboration highlights the skills and talents and abilities of each member of the group and make for an easier work load.
During SystemLead and VPSL II this was proven over and over again.  Without the expertise of our team members the various tasks completed would have been overwhelming and challenging.  Additionally, getting to learn from professionals that work at DBHDS was enlightening and helped me to better understand the intricacies of collaboration making a huge government agency to work.
