Learning Government Leadership

By far the most I have learned from SystemLead has been about State Government. I prided myself on being knowledgeable. I learned how slowly things can move as well as how competing interests for limited resources can cause frustration and impatience. Sadly, there are needs that can not be met and there are needs that can not be ignored.
