Organizational Culture and Leadership
Leadership of the organization requires an understanding of the culture, the perceived culture and the potential culture. DBHDS and other organizations are suffering from hiring and retention. Improving an organization is a constant thing. With the changes of governmental leadership, budgets, technology and public priorities keeping up is one of the greatest challenges. How can an organization keep up? If the employees are supportive to each other, understand how to be good stewards of taxpayer's money, and work towards being innovative, I feel that it is a good start to creating a fluid organization.

"Many corporate leaders and employees have the right intentions, but it can be overwhelming when you consider how everything is affected from leadership styles, to organizational structure, to employee engagement, to customer service an marketplace." ~ Simon Mainwaring
